Project names, tower names, logos and imagery belong to the developer and are used here to market the development we are appointed to market.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat capable of acceptance, a representation forming part of a contract, or a reservation of any unit. No unit is reserved, allocated or sold through this website.
Any purchase is governed exclusively by the developer’s official sales documents and the Sale and Purchase Agreement executed between you and the developer. Where anything on this website differs from those documents, those documents prevail.
Information on this website is supplied by the developer or compiled from material the developer has issued. All plans, layouts, designs, specifications, built-up areas, measurements, distances, facilities, furnishing packages, prices, availability, car park allocations and completion dates are indicative only and are subject to change as required by the developer, the architect, the relevant authorities, or the final legal documents.
All renders, illustrations, show unit photographs and virtual tours are artists’ impressions and do not depict the finished product.
Distances are approximate. Walking and driving distances are measured differently and the same destination may appear at a different distance depending on the route.
Infrastructure that is not yet built — including the covered link bridges and the RTS Link at Bukit Chagar — is planned or approved infrastructure whose delivery and opening dates are determined and announced by the relevant authorities, not by the developer and not by us. We make no representation about when, or whether, it will be completed. Do not buy on the assumption that it already exists.

The short-stay management arrangement for Tower A is governed by the appointed operator’s own agreement. Fees, owner payment terms, the management term and what happens after it are set out in that agreement, which is between you and the operator. Read it before you commit.
Malaysian foreign-ownership rules apply to any purchaser who is not Malaysian. Eligibility, including the applicable minimum purchase price for foreign buyers, is set by the Johor state authority and is revised from time to time. Any threshold we quote is our understanding at the time of the conversation and is not a warranty. Confirm the current requirement, in writing, before you commit.
When you submit the registration form you confirm that the details you give are yours and are accurate, and you consent to us contacting you by WhatsApp, call or SMS about this development. Do not submit someone else’s contact details without their knowledge.
Reply “STOP” once to any message and contact ceases. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side beyond our sending you the material you asked for.
We aim to respond within about 15 minutes during office hours, but that is an aim and not a contractual commitment.
The text, layout, design and arrangement of this website are owned by us or licensed to us. Project imagery, renders, floor plans, virtual tours and the project name and marks belong to the developer or its licensors.
You may view this website and print or save a copy for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering a purchase. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, scrape, resell or use any part of it — including using it to market this or any other development — without our prior written permission and, where the material is the developer’s, the developer’s permission.
This website embeds and links to third-party content, including a 360° virtual tour, media hosted on a third-party content network, web fonts, and WhatsApp. We do not control that content or those services and we are not responsible for them or for their terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
